Devan DeSandis

Devan D. DeSandis, is a bold, intelligent, unapologetically fierce leo woman. 

 

She holds her B.A. in Psychology from Richard Stockton University, holds her 500 E-RYT and YACEP  as a continuing education provider through Yoga Alliance. She also holds accreditation as a IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists.) On the coaching side Devan completed her 200 Core Robbins Mendes training in 2020. Devan has completed over 2000 hours in yoga trainings and leadership development and is always working on deepening and continuing her education. 

 

As a life coach, she mentors in group & individual settings. Together you will work through areas in your life where you feel stuck and identify what you want to invite more of into your life. Her motto is "happiness is a habit," adapting this motto into real life means un-peeling layers of unhealthy patterns we as humans create over time to create new patterns & heathy habits.

As a yoga teacher, Devan's focus is teaching her yoga students how to harness the tools of yoga in their daily life. Yoga is not only a tool for fitness, but total mind/body heath. Her specialties include meditation, yin, restorative and vinyasa flow. 

Her personal mission is to help individuals or groups of individuals improve their quality of life by actualizing and implementing daily practices to help discover & live a more joyful & meaningful life.

Outside of yoga Devan's passions include spending time with her pugs, traveling and learning about wine.
